Nall Hills started in 1956 as a development of the Winn-Rau Corporation, in what's now north-central Overland Park. The neighborhood runs its own incorporated homes association, which sets its borders at 95th Street on the north, Indian Creek on the south, Nall Avenue on the east, and Glenwood Street on the west.
